The ZOUTE SALE® by Bonhams confirmed its high standing again this year, with total proceeds of 11,710,104 euros, a record for Belgium. The biggest attraction was a spectacular 1965 Ferrari 275 GTB Alloy Long-Nose. The car went under the hammer for a record price of 2,875,000 euros. A 1931 Invicta 4.5-Liter S-Type ‘Low Chassis’ was sold for 890,281 euros. A Ferrari Enzo went for 1,506,500 euros. In addition, a few more records such as a 1956 Austin-Healey 100/4 “Le Mans Spec” sold for a staggering 149,500 euros. A very successful day!
Roaring engines at the ZOUTE GT TOUR® by EY Lovers of exclusive modern GTs (built within the past 20 years) and throbbing engines did not want to miss Sunday’s ZOUTE GT® TOUR by EY. More than 200 racing cars were at their glittering and roaring best on the 120-kilometre autumn drive. Cycling champion Remco Evenepoel was co-driver behind the wheel of a 2019 BMW M850i xDrive Coupé. Rob Van Loock and Jens Aerts won the ZOUTE GT® TOUR by EY in a 2019 Audi R8 Coupé. |
